DUAL-BAND INFRARED - HANDHELD - INDUSTRIAL GRADE

Thermal Imager T9 / T10

High-Resolution Dual-Band Infrared Imaging Camera

SERTEL T9 / T10 thermal imager is a professional‐grade handheld device designed for non‐contact temperature measurement in live industrial settings. It combines an uncooled FPA micro‐bolometer detector with a 5 MP visible‐light camera, ensuring that each thermal anomaly you record is linked to a photograph of its originating asset. It measures from minus 20 C to plus 650 C as standard, can be extended to plus 1200 C, and provides a thermal sensitivity of 0.05 C NETD.

384x288 (T9) / 640x480 (T10) detector
NETD 0.05 C or better
Minus 20 C to plus 1200 C range

Key Features

Engineered for Fault Detection You Can Trust

Six capabilities that decide whether a thermal survey ends in a confident work order or a repeat visit. Every one of them is standard on both detector configurations.

Dual-Band Image Fusion (DSIE)

Thermal infrared and visible-light imagery are captured simultaneously and presented in four modes: thermal only, visible only, picture-in-picture, and full DSIE fusion. In a crowded panel or a pipe rack, fusion is what tells your technician which of eight identical terminations is the hot one.

Laser-Assisted Autofocus

A built-in laser rangefinder measures target distance and drives focus automatically, with manual and electric focus available when you want control. Focusing range runs from 0.1 m to infinity, so the same instrument handles a PCB on the bench and a busbar three floors up.

Super-Pixel Detail

The T9 enhances its 384x288 detector to 768x576 and the T10 takes 640x480 to 1280x960. Spatial resolution of 1.12 mrad on the T9 and 0.67 mrad on the T10 keeps small components measurable from a safe standoff distance.

Automatic Lens Recognition

Standard and optional interchangeable lenses are identified by the instrument itself. No configuration menu, no calibration file to load, no mismatched lens data quietly corrupting a temperature reading during a shutdown window.

Wi-Fi Field Reporting

Real-time image transmission lets a supervisor see the scene without entering it. The mobile application supports remote camera control and on-device analysis, and stored images can be processed into reports, so findings leave the site with the crew.

Measurement You Can Defend

Accuracy of plus or minus 2 C or 2 percent of reading, whichever is greater, with emissivity adjustable from 0.01 to 1.00 and automatic correction for atmospheric transmittance, infrared window transmittance and background temperature.

Applications

Where the Thermal Imager Earns Its Keep

Sertel has supplied instrumentation to Indian power, defence, telecom and process organisations since 1990. The T9 / T10 is specified where a missed hot spot costs an unplanned outage, and where the inspection record has to stand up to an audit.
